Description
A viscous liquid produced by enzyme assisted with hot water extraction of barley and malted barley, followed by filtration and concentration under vacuum evaporation. This yellow brown syrup is sweet with a characteristic cereal and malt flavor and is free from off-flavors and off odors.
Storage Condition: Store in a cool, dry area, away from direct sunlight and heaty strengthening the gluten by feeding the yeast, it lengthens shelf life by attracting moisture, and it adds to the aesthetic value of products because of the browning of crusts on baked goods.
